CallCenter is a 2-tier client/server voice interactive response system, distributing a number of ISDN voice channels to operators interconnected in a network. The system can be applied everywhere, provided that a lot of telephone operators have to communicate with clients - taxi companies, support centres, big corporations.
ATI is an automated telephone information system providing voice information over the telephone. The system uses a combination of fixed voice messages, interactive voice menu and information extracted from database in realtime.

The system is designed for sending SMSs to multiple subscribers. SMSs are send to subscribers registered in the system. The registration process can be automatic or manual. The manual registration/unregistration is done by an operator. The subsribers can also register or unregister themselves by sending an sms to the system.
The systems aim at servicing big corporate clients. It supports the most popular automatic telephone centrals: SIEMENS - EWSD, ERICSON, A-29. A ISDN-BRI/PRI interface is used for the connection to digital centrals. And for analog centrals the system is connected to a straight or party-line of the ATC.
