Automated Voice Response System - ATI
ATI is an automated telephone information system providing voice information over the telephone. The system uses a combination of fixed voice messages, interactive voice menu and information extracted from database in realtime. The client interacts with the system by dialing digits from the telephone keyboard.

The system is based on modules, which can extend or change the existing functionality.
This module allows customers to check their current bill over the phone. Customers are identified by their subscriber number.
After dialing the phone number chosen for this module, the system plays a welcome message and invites the user to dial their customer number. The billing information for that customer number is extracted from the database and a message is played to the customer.
If the customer cannot dial their customer number (if the phone is pulse-dialing), the call is forwarded to an operator.
The module for information voice services is used to play voice messages that were recorded in advance. After dialing the service phone number, the customer is given an opportunity to choose the information of interest by dialing digits from the phone keyboard.
